While at The Kimbell, we were very lucky to have Kimbell curator Jennifer Casler Price tell us the story of Michelangelo’s The Torment of St. Anthony. She speaks about the history of the painting, how it came in to the Kimbell’s collection, the research conducted on it and the technical aspects of the work. It is on view (along with all of their other masterpieces) in their current exhibition, The Kimbell at 40: An Evolving Masterpiece.
