On September 7, 2017, we filmed this presentation by Teresa Hubbard / Alexander Birchler at the Blanton Museum of Art. We are grateful we get to present it to you now. This talk was filmed in conjunction with the exhibition, Teresa Hubbard / Alexander Birchler: Giant on view at the Blanton July 09, 2017-October 01, 2017.
Hubbard / Birchler spoke about their recent work at the time, including their works Grand Paris Texas (2009) and Giant (2014). Plus, they discussed their work Flora (2017) that was on view in the Swiss Pavilion at the Venice Biennial. Included is a Q&A with Blanton curator, Veronica Roberts.
